Wood Fired Wagon is a mobile wood fired food truck by Crafted Catering and Events, serving New York’s Capital Region, the Adirondacks, Hudson Valley and the Berkshires and beyond.
From handcrafted appetizers, seasonal salads, wood fired pizzas, baked pasta and old-fashioned desserts with a modern twist, we bring bright flavors and unforgettable charm to every event!
From the beginning, the vision was to create more than a mobile kitchen.
Wood Fired Wagon was built on a foundation of community, and the interwoven relationship between farmer and chef. With fresh, seasonal ingredients sourced from local farms and small producers, each dish creatively highlights the best of the region at peak growing season.

Our mobile wood fired oven allows us to cook on site, bringing the smells, and flavors of the fire directly to your event. Each menu is custom curated to highlight fresh, locally sourced ingredients and the bold, rustic character only wood fire cooking can create.
