First come first serve basis.

Yes, there is a minimum of $1,800for weekday events, and $2,200 for weekend events (Friday & Saturday, May-September). These minimums are for food and beverage only.

Typically, all our events are buffet style. If you have any special requests, please let us know and we will see how we can accommodate!

Usually, it takes our team 2 hours of set up. This can of course change depending on a number of factors.

We require a flat surface to park on, grass/lawn is ok but needs to be level and firm enough to drive on.

Yes, we provide melamine plates, real silverware, compostable napkins and cups. We only provide linen for our set up tables and buffet display.

Staffing is event dependent, but we typically will have 2-3 staff per 50 guests.

Our truck can accommodate events of up to 150 people. Higher guest counts may require an additional oven to be brought on site - please inquire for details.

We require 50% of your total based on your estimated guest count at the time of booking with the remaining balance paid 10 days prior to the event.

Our team handles setting up the buffet & replenishing food. For additional set up needs please inquire.

Typically our buffet is set up next to the truck so the food can be enjoyed fresh out of the oven.

Yes, we hold a NYS liquor license and are able to handle all your bar & adult beverage needs.
