Wood Fired Wagon began with a deep appreciation for the warmth, flavor and gathering power of fire. There is something special about the warmth of a live fire that slows people down, invites connection, and transforms simple ingredients into something unforgettable.

Wood Fired Wagon is a wood fired food truck by Crafted Catering and Events. We cater throughout New York’s Capital Region, the Adirondacks, Hudson Valley and the Berkshires and beyond. From handcrafted appetizers, seasonal salads, wood fired pizzas, baked pasta and old-fashioned desserts with a modern twist, we bring bright flavors and unforgettable charm to every event.

Chef Will Brown founded Wood Fired Wagon with a belief that fresh ingredients just taste better cooked by live fire and served with genuine hospitality. Will is known for his innovative dishes and strong commitment to sourcing ingredients from the small farms and businesses that define our region. With over 20 years’ experience, Will’s leadership is marked by quiet confidence, thoughtful execution, and a genuine connection with people.

After catering more than a thousand events throughout the Hudson Valley, Berkshires, Capitol Region and Adirondacks, Will is thrilled to start, yet again, another venture. Wood Fired Wagon is the “relaxed sibling” of Crafted Catering and Events, offering the same commitment to quality, hospitality, with thoughtful fired driven cuisine.
